The Ocean Iconic Twin Towers are located on the primest commercial real estate of Eko Atlantic City. The urban setting sets the tone to the neighboring blocks and enhances the pedestrian ap-proach and access to ocean frontal public space. The towers are overlooking the Atlantic Ocean boasting the best maritime views with pedestrian access and promenades along the breakwarter. The towers are volumetriclally conected at podium level forming a concave connection that provides access to drop-off, parking and commercial space.

The design of the Eko Atlantic Ocean Twin Towers in Lagos, Nigeria responds to the client’s ambitious brief of design excellence and commercial awareness; citing Creativity and Commerce at the heart of any design proposal.
The client was highly pleased with the result as the proposal enabled flexible floor space for an ever changing working environment and the tower core that was formed of 12 elevators that can cater for up to four separate clients per floor.
