King Abdullah Petroleum & Sience Research Centre (KAPSARC)

Issam Fares Insitute, American University of Beirut
The three towers are interrelated and share prop-gramatic elements. They are meant to be an iconic statement with 360 degree views towards the bay and beyond. The choreography of the three towers weaves a series of public spaces throughout the podium, the bridges and the landscape areas at grade level.
Ocean Twin Towers
The Ocean Iconic Twin Towers are located on the primest commercial real estate of Eko Atlantic City. The urban setting sets the tone to the neighbouring blocks and enhances the pedestrian approach and access to ocean frontal public space.
Eko Atlantic
The Eko Atlantic Marina is located in Eko Atlantic City, a 8km2 land reclamation project off of Victoria island. The Marina Bay project is private development providing state-of-the art live-work environ-ment to ever growing population. The project is part of the 2030 vision and is well underway.
Lords Residential Towers
Custom development of the smaller residential building that make up surrounding areas of the marina. This builds would welcome guest from over seas and local governor from around the country.
Sheikh Zayed Bridge
Following a failed competition to find a suitable 3rd bridge crossing from the mainland to Abu Dhabi island, we were approached to develop new bridge ideas. A bridge at the mouth of the creek con-nects an existing highway to the airport and beyond and a new feeder road to downtown.
St. Anthony's College
The Middle East Centre of St . Antony’s College is the University of Oxford’s centre for interdisci-plinary study of the Modern Middle East . The centre was founded in 1957 and it is focused on research on humanities and social sciences with a wide reference to the Arab World and its geographic adjacencies . The Centre’s research core is a specialised library and substantial paper and photographic archive covering material from 1800’s onwards .
